Implementation Services

Impact's Customer Service group will provide enhanced implementation and deployment services. These services are designed to ensure a smooth, effective installation process for all our products.  An economical remote package of services is available. And a complete turnkey package, which includes on-site coordination and implementation services, is also available, if requested. 

An Impact Technologies Project Manager (ITPM) leads the entire process from design through implementation. The ITPM works directly with the designated Customer Liaison. The ITPM coordinates all activities necessary for a successful implementation. The ITPM gathers the demographics of the client's operation to design product deployment. This design is transmitted and explained to the client for their feedback and approval. Upon concurrence, installation is scheduled and conducted.
