And, Impact Technologies was excited to be a first-time exhibitor at the event and announce our new OnTraQ Plus contact center desktop tool. The event was a great success with Cisco reporting more than 28,000 attendees came to Las Vegas to make connections and get the education and inspiration needed to do their super hero thing in the innovative new world of digital business.

Impact’s Solution Showcase pod was front and center as folks entered the exhibit hall. And, the team stayed busy talking with existing customers and partners and meeting new friends and potential business associates. Not to mention adding a few smiles as we handed over $100 Mandalay Bay chips to lucky winners!
